There's a little student-run icecream place at McGill that gives students free icecream cones if they fail an exam horribly (and I think if they get 100% also). Don't know if it would work in a non-school setting, and people might just take advantage of it, but I quite like the idea of getting some small, sweet item to make you feel better after screwing up.
